METZELER and its riders dominate the Portuguese GP too. In the Enduro GP for the sixth consecutive time the podium is all METZELER and there were also victories in the E2, E3, Youth and Junior1 classes.

In Portugal, a welcome novelty, the KTM Factory rider Josep Garcia returns to the world championship and he is immediately protagonist together with METZELER riders Steve Holcombe, Brad Freeman, Thomas Oldrati, Andrea Verona, Jed Etchells and Roni Kytonen.

Marco de Canaveses (Portugal), 8th November 2020, The third round of the FIM Enduro World Championship was staged in Marco de Canoveses, a village a few kilometers from Porto with a course and three special tests that put everyone to the test the participating riders also due to the heavy downpours that fell throughout the race weekend. The riders then raced on slippery ground and at the limit of practicability, they faced the usual stones and rocks typical of Portuguese races and very muddy grounds.

In the Enduro GP Steve Holcombe, rider of the Team Beta Factory Enduro, and Josep Garcia rider of the KTM Factory respectively won the two days of competition in the EnduroGP class. To complete a METZELER-branded podium, on Day One in addition to the winner Steve Holcombe we find Brad Freeman (Team Beta Factory Enduro) in second place and Josep Garcia in third. The same protagonists remain also on the following race day with the winning KTM Factory rider while the two Beta riders, Brad Freeman and Steve Holcombe complete the podium of the Enduro GP.

The two METZELER riders Thomas Oldrati (Team Honda RedMoto) and the official TM rider Andrea Verona are competing for the title of the E1 class and at the GP of Portugal the two riders shared the top positions in the two days of competition.
