Arai riders on the podium at ASBK Round 1! 🔥

Arai riders on the podium at ASBK Australian Superbike Championship Round 1! 🔥 A fantastic performance from our Arai riders at round 1 of ASBK Australian Superbike Championship! @bryan_staring_67 took the top spot on the podium taking victory in Round 1 - Race 1 after an incredible race, and 2nd place in race 2 for the round win in the Superbike class!

@joshmwaters secured 4th overall for the round, the long-time Arai athlete showing good early pace as he transitions to the BMW "Although we didn’t quite manage to put it on the box, we were right there and in podium contention throughout both 12 lap races. Crossing the line in race 1 in 4th, and 5th in race 2, we’re walking away with 4th overall for the weekend and 33 points, which in comparison to last year, is a positive start to the 2022 Championship." @glenn_allerton had a tougher weekend battling illness, but still remained positive in his first races for 2022 with Arai on his BMW ;"Round 1 of Asbk at Phillip island was a tough weekend for myself, I had high expectations for the race but unfortunately an ear infection kept me from riding to the best of my ability, Still we grabbed important points and sit in 6th for the championship and will move on to round 2 Qld raceway and look to get back on the podium and regain some important championship points." Privateer Aiden Wagner also commented; @aidenwagner28 "Pretty happy with our efforts, qualifying didn’t go our way starting from 14th on the grid making it hard to get towards the front. Race 1 I was able to get off the line quite well and battled my way to 7th 💪🏼 Race 2 Not as good of a start, however I had heaps of fun battling the whole race every single lap ending up just being pipped at the finish line for a 12th place 👍🏼" @sennaagius_81 took the top spot over in the Supersport division with an incredible performance from such a young & talented rider! "After not using Arai for a few years to finally getting my head back into one I’m really impressed with the updates with the aerodynamics. Also, with the extra vents the airflow is awesome. I really missed the snug fit of an Arai because it makes you feel safe every time it goes on." All riders raced in the Arai RX-7V, the identical helmet available to all riders around Australia off the shelf of your local motorcycle store. The RX-7V represents the summit of Arai’s knowledge, experience and know-how in helmet technology. With a PB-SNC² outer shell, the revolutionary VAS (“Variable Axis System”) visor system and a significant increased smoother area around the temples, the RX-7V offers the new benchmark in the premium helmet segment. From the anti-microbial material liner with an even slimmer frame, to the ducts, improved diffuser and the integrated Air Channels, every part shows the attention to detail that is so typical for Arai. Arai has continually improved the “glancing off” performance by learning from real scenarios. Thanks to the stronger and smoother shell and VAS, the RX-7V is closer to the ideal helmet shape than ever. With VAS, the visor mounting position is lowered 24mm in pursuit of the ideal smoother shape that increases the ability of glancing off energy. As a result, this has made it possible for the shell to be completely smooth above the test line of the Snell standard. RX-7V PRODUCT BROCHURE ARAI AUSTRALIA WEBSITE
